Delivery Delays

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following magical conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered: Costumes must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their magical original packaging
- Complete sets: All parts of the costume set must be included
Important Magical Exceptions
For the safety and charm of all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Basic makeup products (for hygiene reasons—once the magical seal is broken, we cannot resell)
- Jewelry and feather boas removed from protective packaging
- Any items showing signs of wear or alteration
Return Process

- Package your item: Carefully repackage your costume in its original packaging with all tags attached
