✨ Magical Returns & Exchanges

We want every costume transformation to be absolutely enchanting! If your magical purchase didn’t quite cast the spell you expected, our friendly returns policy is here to help.

🕒 Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and ensure it creates the magical transformation you desire!

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet these magical requirements:

  • 1️⃣ Unworn & Unaltered: Costumes must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • 2️⃣ Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original magical packaging
  • 3️⃣ Complete Sets: All pieces of costume sets must be included

⚠️ Important Magical Exceptions

For the safety and enchantment of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 🔴 Makeup Basics (for hygiene reasons – once the magical seal is broken, we cannot resell)
  • 🔴 Jewelry & Boas that have been removed from their protective packaging
  • 🔴 Any items that show signs of wear or alteration

🔄 The Magical Return Process

  1. Contact Our Wizards: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your return request
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will send you a magical return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack your costume in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Back to Our Castle: Send the package to our magical headquarters at:

💫 Refund Magic

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • ⏱️ Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

  • 🚚 Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • 📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
